Proposal Description

This project is a 2015/2016 Proposed Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment.

Avista Corporation has requested a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment and associated Zone change for 14 properties in the Logan neighborhood, located north east of the Avista Corporation Headquarters. This proposal would change the Land Use Designation from Residential 15-30 to Light Industrial and the Zone from Residential Multi-Family (RMF) to Light Industrial (LI).

The Avista proposal would affect 14 properties generally bounded by E North Crescent Avenue, N North Center Street, and E Ross Court, located generally northeast of the Avista headquarters. Please see the related documents below for a map showing the affected properties.
