Chapter 17C.170 Special Height Overlay Districts

Section 17C.170.110 Maximum Height
  1. The maximum heights in the special height districts are as follows:
    1. Within the St. John's Cathedral special height district no structure may exceed:
      1. three stories; or
      1. the elevation of two thousand two hundred forty feet, whichever is higher, exclusive of any antenna, chimney or flagpole.
    1. Within the Cliff Drive special height district no structure may exceed:
      1. three stories; or
      1. the elevation of two thousand one hundred fifty feet, whichever is higher, exclusive of any antenna, chimney or flagpole.
