Section 17G.010.120 Ministerial Permits Not Categorically Exempt from SEPA and Discretionary Permits
This group of ministerial and discretionary permits includes those issued by the building official, the engineering services director and the director of planning. This category of permits related to development that is subject to the one hundred twenty day time limits required by chapter 36.70B RCW and including ministerial permits subject to SEPA and discretionary permits, regardless of whether SEPA is required. The permit application, review, decision and notice provisions for these applications are provided in chapter 17G.061 SMC.
