The Community, Housing, and Human Services Department (CHHS) allocates approximately $400,000 to support community development programing that directly benefit low and moderate individuals and households. Neighborhood Councils are encouraged to coordinate and identify priority community based projects. CHHS will host three (3) technical assistance workshops to assist Neighborhood Councils navigate the NCDP application process.

Final funding recommendations will come from neighborhoods comprising each City Council District. The tables below identify leadership representatives from each City Council District.
