Emergency Budget Ordinance C34796 - Amending Ordinance No. C34675 passed the City Council December 20, 2010, and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2011, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:Parks & Recreation Fund FROM: Irrigation Specialist, $5,700; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action changes a position in the Park Department from part-time to full-time.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C34797 - Amending Ordinance No. C34675 passed the City Council December 20, 2010, and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2011, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Street Fund FROM: Capital Contributions, $36,000; TO: Other Repair/Maintenance Supplies, same amount. (This action budgets the reimbursement for an unanticipated Street project.)

Ordinance C34788 - Relating to lewd conduct; amending SMC Section 10.06.020.

Ordinance C34793 - Relating to urinating in public; adopting a new Section 10.06.015 to Chapter 10.06 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2011-0086 - Setting hearing before the City Council for December 5, 2011, for the vacation of Sheridan Street from 25 feet North of Riverside Avenue to 150 feet North of Riverside Avenue requested by Avista Corporation.

Resolution 2011-0087 - Setting the assessment roll hearing before the City Council for December 5, 2011, for the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area (Business Improvement District–BID) and providing for notice of the 2012 assessments to business and property owners.

Resolution 2011-0089 - Approving the granting of an easement exchange across Park Property with Fairmount Memorial Association.

Resolution 2011-0090 - Stating the City Council's support of the U.S. Department of Energy and the Washington Department of Ecology holding public meetings in Spokane regarding the cleanup of the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
