Consideration of Mayoral Veto C34806 - The City Council voted to override the Mayor’s veto of Ordinance C34806 relating to Application #Z1000058COMP amending the Land Use Plan Map of the City's Comprehensive Plan from "Residential 4-10" to "Residential 15-30" for one parcel approximately 41,555 square feet located at 2727 East 35th Avenue on parcel 35331.1107; and amending the Zoning Map from "RSF" to "RMF."

Emergency Budget Ordinance C34825 - Amending Ordinance No. C34675 passed the City Council December 20, 2010, and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2011, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Arterial Street Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $1,690,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action budgets funding for improvements to Wall Street between Riverside and Third Avenue.)

Ordinance C34819 - Relating to signs; amending SMC 17C.240.070 and SMC 17C.240.240.

Ordinance C34821 - Relating to Spokane Complete Streets Program; adopting a new Chapter 17H.020 to Title 17H of the Spokane Municipal Code and amending SMC Section 17H.010.010.

Ordinance C34827 - Relating to on-street parking meter rates; amending SMC Section 8.02.083 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2011-0096 - Regarding parking policy in the downtown core and parking meter stabilization
