Emergency Budget Ordinance C34830 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 passed the City Council December 5, 2011, and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:WIA Governors Grant Fund FROM: IG Other General Government Services, $157,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action budgets a grant for the Opportunity Internship Program.)

Ordinance C34772 - Vacating Front Avenue from Haven Street to Fiske Street requested by Scafco Corporation. (East Central Neighborhood) (First Reading held September 12, 2011)

Ordinance C34829 - Relating to parking time being limited and regulated; amending SMC Section 16A.16.561.

Resolution 2012-0006 - Approving claim settlement of Raymond W. Feske and Evelyn Feske v. City of Spokane, and Peter Jantz, in his capacity as an agent for City of Spokane, Defendants, Cause No. 10-2-03225-2, arising out of an incident on April 9, 2009—$250,000.

Resolution 2012-0007 - Recognizing the Five Mile Pedestrian Improvement Plan Map and Bicycle Improvement Plan Map as a declaration of the neighborhood's desired future condition. These maps will provide direction for the City of Spokane and the Neighborhood when planning for transportation and other facilities through the Capital Facilities Plan for neighborhood based connectivity improvements and set priorities for future Five Mile Prairie projects.

Resolution 2012-0008 - Recognizing the Southgate Neighborhood Plan Connectivity Element and Southgate Neighborhood Plan Parks and Open Space Element as a declaration by the community members of the City of Spokane Southgate Neighborhood Council area of the priorities and desired future condition of their neighborhood which provides direction for City service delivery and capital improvement planning.

Resolution 2012-0009 - Recognizing the planning efforts of the Nevada-Lidgerwood Planning Stakeholder Group as a declaration of the neighborhood's desired future condition, providing direction for neighborhood based improvement activities and neighborhood priorities for future projects.

Resolution 2012-0010 - Approving the appointment of Michael Sloon as Director of Management Information Services.

Resolution 2012-0011 - Regarding appointment of council members to City Council Standing Committees.

Resolution 2012-0012 - Supporting the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration rescheduling Marijuana for medical purposes.
