Emergency Budget Ordinance C34859 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 passed the City Council December 5, 2011, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Building Fund FROM: Building Official, $35,920; TO: Business Development Program Manager, same amount. (This action eliminates the City Building Official position and creates a Program Manager.)

Ordinance C34837 - Granting a non-exclusive franchise to use the public right-of-way to provide noncable telecommunications service to the public to Zayo Group, LLC, subject to certain conditions and duties as further provided. (First Reading held February 20, 2012)

Ordinance C34854 - Amending Ordinance C34423 vacating the west 27.5 feet of Cowley Street from Sprague Avenue north to south line of alley, excluding right-of-way needed for turning radius.
