Emergency Budget Ordinance C34903 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 passed the City Council December 5, 2011, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Traffic Calming Measures Fund FROM: Non-Traffic Infractions, $150,000; TO: Contractual Services, same amount. (This action will increase the budget for the contract with American Traffic Solutions, Inc.)
