Emergency Budget Ordinance C34942 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 passed the City Council December 5, 2011, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Park Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $282,500; TO: Building Construction, same amount. (This action budgets for the construction of a permanent restroom facility Riverfront Park.)
