Emergency Budget Ordinance C35510 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:Park & Recreation Fund FROM: Administration / OH Administration-Reserves, $30,024; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action converts a recurring temporary/seasonal position into a new classified Urban Forestry Specialist position [from 0 to 0.6 positions]).

(This action provides funding for support of a 24/7 homeless shelter model.)
