Case Information

JustWare Spokane

Welcome to JustWare Spokane, Spokane Municipal Court's integrated case management system.

The JustWare case system for prosecutors, public defenders, and probation, was implemented to improve criminal justice agency workflow, case management, agency information exchange, and case analysis in 2009.

The Spokane Municipal Court completed the interconnection of municipal criminal justice agencies when it implemented JustWare in August of 2013. JustWare Spokane now allows effective case data exchange among all municipal criminal justice agencies, establishes a near paperless court process, and allows improved agency, attorney, and public access to Spokane Municipal case data.

In this system, you will find detailed case, party, and docketing information regarding the following types of matters:

  • Misdemeanors & Gross Misdemeanors
  • Traffic Infractions
  • Code Infractions

Due to the fact the City of Spokane uses other software for parking and Photo-Red enforcement, you will not find case information regarding those cases in JustWare Spokane. Tow and impound matters are also not scheduled in JustWare. Please call the Court Clerk's Office for scheduling information.

JustWare interface with the Washington Courts JIS/DISCIS system. The Administrative Office of the Courts is not presently permitting other case management system to directly export data to its system. In order to provide access to limited case information, Spokane Municipal Court enters the following duplicate information in JIS/DISCIS system.

  • Charge
  • Disposition
  • Warrants / Bail Information
  • No Contact Orders
  • FTA notices to DOL
