9:41 a.m. - Vehicle prowling suspect, captured on an owner’s surveillance camera, is apprehended while officers were investigating other incidents of prowling.

12:32 p.m. - Fire investigators determined Saturday night's N. Perry St. house fire was caused by overheating of an electrical circuit.
