Spokane Youth Card

The City of Spokane, in partnership with Spokane Transit Authority (STA) and Spokane Public Schools, is launching a new pilot program to provide students with a way to access summer fun: the Spokane Youth Card.

The goal of the pilot program to allow more students to access great free programs available around the City, including free swimming at the City's six pools*, summer reading programs at the libraries, skating at the Numerica Skate Ribbon in Riverfront Park or at City skate parks, programming at community centers, and more.

The cards allow for free, unlimited STA bus rides for the summer and also provide free admission and skate rental the Riverfront Park Numerica Skate Ribbon!

*A SplashPass is still required for free entry to City of Spokane Aquatic Centers. Register for your free SplashPass online.
