Project Location: Sprague Avenue, within the University District start date targeted for 2019.

Description: The construction of this street will include water, sewer, and stormwater utilities, new sidewalk, and roadway reconstruction. This project will affect Division Street to Scott Street and also includes utility work in Grant Street and Riverside Avenue from Sprague Avenue to the University Bridge landing.

Design elements include:

  • Extension of the three-lane section from Sherman to Pine Street
  • Retaining of parking on both side of the roadway, except for the area between Brown and Division Streets
  • Sidewalk will be repaired and widened

Contractor Bid: $3,100,696.00

Funding for this project is a combination of arterial street funds, utility funds, and University District Revitalization Area revenue.
