The applicant is proposing to install the new utilities for these 5 lots at the same time as the utilities being installed for the Woodridge View 2nd Addition Final Plat that is currently being processed (Z18-414FPLT). They have provided engineering plans with this preliminary plat map.
The site plan and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by July 6th, 2018 by 5:00PM
