10:13 a.m. - The Spokane Fire Department responded to a call from employees at the US Bank branch on 29th Ave.
7:50 a.m. - The suspect, 51 year-old Jospeh Parisien, is still outstanding. Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
