A user with an expiring discharge permit desiring to continue to discharge must apply for a rene wal, updating all information required in the original application. Applications must be filed with the Plant Manager, upon such forms and with such information as required by the Plant Manager, signe d by an authorized representative and certified as provided in SMC 13.03A.0305(B) . Permit fees will be assessed in accordance with SMC 13.03A.1401. The rene wal application must be received as required no later than one hundred eighty calendar days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing discharge permit. If a rene wal is timely submitted in complete form, signe d and with appropriate fees, the expiring permit may be deemed to continue until the permit is rene wed, a ne w permit issued, the permit is denied or other action is taken. A user whose existing wastewater discharge permit has expired and who failed to submit its re-application in the time period specified herein will be deemed to be discharging without a wastewater discharge permit.
