Section 04.06.170 Meetings
- The board meets at the call of the mechanical inspector.
- Two appointed members constitute a quorum. The mechanical inspector serves as secretary.
- In case of appeal from a licensing decision of the mechanical inspector, the mechanical inspector does not vote.
- Each appointed member is entitled to a fee of sixty dollars for each examination conducted.
