Section 04.20.020 Membership

The board consists of nine members, appointed by the mayor with the approval of the city council.

Not less than four members are from the local medical community nominated by the Spokane County Medical Society. One of the Medical Society’s nominations must be a City resident.
- Not less than five are appointed from the citizens-at-large.
- Nonvoting members will be determined by the advisory board members.
