Chapter 10.29 Contractors and Workers

Section 10.29.070 License Suspension
- In supplementation of chapter 4.04 SMC, the building official may order the suspension of a license under this chapter, except a blasting license, upon any of the following grounds attributable to the licensee:

- Unworkmanlike installations.

- Code infractions.

- Habitual excessive use of alcohol or drugs.

- Misrepresentation in obtaining the license.

- Special circumstances which require suspension in the interests of public safety and welfare.
- The licensee may appeal as provided in SMC 4.04.100.
