Chapter 10.38 Mechanical Newspaper Dispensers
Section 10.38.050 Revocation of License
Licenses under this chapter are issued for one year but may be sooner revoked if:
- the licensee fails to maintain the device in a safe condition and in compliance with the requirements of this chapter;
- the security accorded by the licensee’s general liability insurance becomes impaired; or
- circumstances render any particular location inappropriate because of changed traffic patterns or other reasons of public safety or convenience.
