Chapter 10.42 Solicitation
Section 10.42.030 Charitable Solicitation Permit Required
- No person may solicit for charitable purposes without a charitable solicitation permit.
- A permit is not required for solicitation by members of a charitable or religious organization among its members or persons present at a regular meeting of the organization.
A charitable solicitation annual license subject to the licensing procedures in 08.01 SMC.
