Section 10.48.200 Authorization to Issue Citations and Assess Service Fees
- The alarm administrator is granted a special commission by the chief of police to issue citations pursuant to this chapter.
- The alarm administrator is authorized by the city council to assess costs pursuant to SMC 10.48.190.
