Chapter 10.515 Fair Meal Delivery Requirements
Section 10.515.060 Violation and penalty
- It is a violation of this chapter to fail to comply with any provision of this chapter.
- This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 08.01 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane Hearing Examiner.
- Violation of this chapter by any business is a civil infraction and subject to the penalties set forth in chapter 1.05 SMC.
- Each day of a continuing violation is a separate offense.
