Section 10.60.015 Aggressive Solicitation
- No person shall engage in aggressive solicitation in the city of Spokane, as defined in SMC 10.60.005.
- A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
- This section shall not apply to any conduct that is constitutionally protected speech.
