Section 10.63.060 Inoperable or Unlicensed Vehicles
- No more than one inoperable or unlicensed vehicle may be stored outdoors on private property.
- Any inoperable or unlicensed vehicle shall be parked in an all-weather surface, as required by SMC 17C.230.145, and shall not be parked on grass or dirt.
- This section shall not apply to:
-
- licensed commercial automotive repair facilities;
-
- licensed automobile dealers; or
-
- temporary storage on private property in a permissible off-street parking location to facilitate a pending minor repair.
