Chapter 17A.060 Development Agreements
Section 17A.060.030 Pre-existing Agreements
Nothing in this chapter affects the validity of a contract rezone, concomitant agreement, annexation agreement, or other agreement in existence on July 23, 1995, or any agreement adopted at any time under separate authority, that includes some or all of the development standards provided in SMC 17A.060.020. Nothing in this chapter affects the applicability of any state or federal law or regulation.
