SPD requests public assistance in locating a missing elderly person

Original Release:

The Spokane Police Department is seeking help from the public to locate Terra L. Havens (71). She was last seen on 4/19/24 wearing a pink fleece Tinkerbell jacket. Terra is 5’7”, weighing 135 pounds. She may be in the company of an adult daughter, Sara Havens who is driving Terra’s 2019 Gray Toyota Corolla WA#CKZ6500. Terra is in a vulnerable state and suffers from multiple health issues that put her at risk.

The Washington State Patrol has issued a silver alert regarding Tera. If you have any information on her whereabouts, please contact 911 or Crime Check at 509 456-2233 or Detective Downing at wdowning@spokanepolice.org. The associated case number is 2024-20074409.
