On 5-8-24 at 1:23 p.m., Spokane Police officers responded to the area of 2900 S Ray Street on the report of a shooting. 911 received a call from a victim advising they had been shot in the head. Additional 911 calls were made by witnesses after the shooting took place. Officers provided aid to the victim until medics arrived. The victim’s vehicle had the driver’s side window shot out. A suspect vehicle description was provided to responding officers.

12 minutes after the initial 911 call, a vehicle matching the description provided by the victim and witnesses was observed in the area of Indiana and Hamilton.
