Join the Spokane Fire Department, the American Red Cross, and Premera Blue Cross on Save a Life Saturday for a free hands-only CPR training session.
Participants will learn:
Every person trained in hands-only CPR increases the survivability of a community member suffering from cardiac arrest. This training session is an amazing opportunity for you to help make Spokane safer and be prepared to save the life of a friend, neighbor or stranger in your community.
We encourage any person who has participated in a training event like Save a Life Saturday or watched the online hands-only CPR training video to download the PulsePoint app to your Apple or Android phone. This life-saving app triggers alerts to citizens when persons in their area are likely in need of CPR and can help increase the cardiac survival rate in Spokane.
