The subject property is located at 703 E Spokane Falls Blvd. – Parcel no. 35175.0410. This site is within the 200-foot shoreline designation.
The applicant is proposing a new indoor baseball practice facility adjacent to the existing baseball field to be used by Gonzaga University athletes. A portion of the proposed structure is within the 200’ shoreline jurisdiction and 100 year floodplain. This is a Type III application and there will be a Public Hearing in front of the City Hearing Examiner.
The Site Plans, SEPA checklist and other application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by February 16 by 5 p.m.
