Description of Project

The owner is proposing to divide parcel 25231.5109 addressed as 524 S. Audubon St., into 2 lots for the purpose of creating lots for new multi-unit development. The applicant has stated the intent to construct 4-unit townhomes on the lots. The two new lots will have frontage and access on Audubon Street. Work will include roadway/frontage improvements.

The preliminary plat map and application materials have been routed for agency and department review. Comments from agencies are due by February 14, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.
