Chapter 02.04 Civil Emergencies
Section 02.04.150 Severability
The provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable, and if any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance shall for any reason be held invalid or unconstitutional or if the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances shall be held invalid or unconstitutional, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clause or phrases of this chapter.
