Section 03.01A.700 Spokane Municipal Court

- The clerk of the municipal court shall be appointed by the presiding judge of the municipal court upon a majority vote of judges present at a regularly scheduled judges’ meeting. Under the direction of the presiding municipal judge, the clerk is responsible for the clerical functions of the court and for the operation of the municipal violations bureau.
