There is created the board of heating mechanical examiners to:
- determine the character of, and conduct the examinations of, applicants for the various heating mechanic and oil burner installer licenses, as provided in SMC 10.29.030;
- hear appeals from licensing decisions of the mechanical inspector; and
- make rules and regulations.
