Chapter 04.25 Public Development Authority
Article I. General Provisions
Section 04.25.090 Meetings
- The board meets at least six times each year. Special meetings may be called as provided in the charter, the bylaws or the Open Public Meetings Act (chapter 42.30 RCW).
- The board is a governing body of a public agency as defined in RCW 42.30.020 and all meetings of the board are held and conducted in accordance with chapter 42.30 RCW.
- All board meetings, including executive meetings, and all other permanent and ad hoc committee meetings are open to the public to the extent required by chapter 42.30 RCW. The board and its committees may hold executive sessions to consider matters enumerated in chapter 42.30 RCW, or privileged matters recognized by law, but must enter the cause therefor upon its official journal.
