Chapter 04.25A United Native Americans Public Development Authority
Section 04.25A.110 Quorum
The charter or bylaws shall establish the requirements for a quorum of the board of directors. The act of a majority of the directors shall be the act of the board of directors, provided:
-
quorum to commence a board of directors meeting shall be no fewer than three members of the board of directors’ voting membership, and
-
any resolution authorizing or approving an action of the board of directors described in this chapter shall require an affirmative vote of a majority of the directors voting on the issue, provided that such majority equals not less than three members of the board of directors’ voting membership.
