Chapter 08.01 Business Registrations
Section 08.01.210 Businesses Outside City
Businesses with a permanent location outside the City but no permanent location within the City, and which engage in business within the City or with the City, must obtain a business registration. The measure of the fee is determined in part based upon the number of personnel who perform any part of their duties within the City. Personnel of such businesses furnishing or performing services wholly outside the City are excluded from this number.
