Section 12.02.0740 Fees - Notice of Commencing Work

  1. Fees are specified in SMC 8.02.065.

  2. The permittee shall give the development services center twenty-four hours’ notice of the permittee’s intention to begin such work. Penalty for not notifying, in advance, to begin work will be considered the same as working without a permit.
