Article V. Impoundment of Motor Vehicles
Section 12.03.0602 Application of Traffic Code
This article and by reference the applicable provisions of Title 46 RCW and Title 16A SMC apply to Spokane International Airport and Felts Field Airport, hereafter "airport" except that:
- the airport board and airport director exercise the authority of the city council, mayor, and street director with respect to designating and signing no-parking, metered parking, and other special parking and loading areas; and
- a notice of infraction may be issued by any regular or specially commissioned law enforcement officer, including airport security personnel.
