Section 13.03A.1101 Bond, Security for Performance [11.1]
The Plant Manager may require any user, as a condition of permit issuance, renewal, or otherwise, who has failed to comply with any provision of this chapter, a previous discharge permit, or enforcement order, or any other pretreatment standard or requirement, or for other cause, to procure a bond, letter of credit, or other good and sufficient security acceptable to the Plant Manager conditioned upon compliance with this chapter, in a sum not to exceed a value reasonably determined by the Plant Manager to be necessary to achieve consistent compliance.
