Article I. General Provisions
Section 13.04.110 Repairs on Private Property
- Unless specifically authorized by the director, all repairs to any portion of a facility or the water supply system located on private property are the responsibility of the property owner and in the event the director orders such repairs to be performed by City crews or others for the protection of the system and/or public health and safety, such repairs shall be paid for by the property owner as a condition of continued service.
- This section shall not be construed to create any obligation on the part of the City to make repairs.
