Chapter 13.04 Water

Article I. General Provisions

Section 13.04.1508 Refusal of Service – No Rights Created

  1. Water service may be refused or reconnection denied where the provisions of this chapter or the rules or regulations of the director are violated. This section includes failure to obtain all inspections, perform proper installations due to localized contamination or health hazards, or failure to pay all fees required.
     
  2. This chapter shall not create rights to require construction of public works mains or supply facilities, to make connection thereto, or otherwise to receive water service from the City on the part of any person. The City reserves all rights to deny, limit or curtail service consistent with federal and state laws.
