Zero Lot Line Development.
A single-family residence or grouping of single-family residences where each residence is set to the interior side property line, rather than center of a lot, with a minimum side yard maintained between each adjacent residence.
Zoo.
A zoo is a collection of living animals used, in a park, building, cage, enclosure or other structure or premise kept usually for display. Any number of animals, which exceed the allowed limits of the base zone for large domestic animals, small domestic animals, potential vicious animals, or wild animals, constitutes a zoo.
