Chapter 17C.350 Mini-storage Facilities

Section 17C.350.030 Development Standards

Mini-storage facilities are permitted in the zones listed in Table 17C.350.040-1 subject to the following conditions:

  1. The maximum lot size is seven acres. Facilities on larger lots may be allowed as a conditional use processed through a Type III procedure.
  1. The required setbacks are:
    1. front yards: fifteen feet;
    1. side yards: ten feet;
    1. rear yards: five feet.
  1. Parking and internal drives are prohibited in setback areas.
  1. The accesses are required to be gated and monitored at all times.
