Section 17D.090.020 Compliance with Other Laws
The requirements of this chapter are minimum requirements. They are cumulative and in addition to any other applicable regulations. Compliance with this chapter does not waive or excuse the requirements of any other law or regulatory program. Except where affirmatively preempted by state or federal law, in the event of overlap or conflicting requirements between this chapter and any other federal, state, or local laws, the most stringent provision governs.
