Chapter 17D.090 Erosion and Sediment Control
Section 17D.090.190 Inspections – General
The director may conduct inspections at any reasonable time to enforce any provisions of this chapter, to determine compliance with the chapter, or whenever the director has reasonable cause to believe that any violation of this chapter exists. Such inspections may be combined, be a part of other permit inspections, or initiated independently by the director.
