Section 17E.050.250 Purpose of this Part and Adoption by Reference

This part contains rules for the City of Spokane compliance with SEPA, including rules for charging fees under the SEPA process, designating critical areas, listing agencies with environmental expertise, selecting the lead agency, and applying these rules to current agency activities. The City of Spokane adopts the following sections by reference.
