Article X. Agency Compliance

Section 17E.050.290 SEPA Public Information

The City of Spokane shall retain all documents required by the SEPA rules (chapter 197-11 WAC) and make them available in accordance with chapter 42.17 RCW. The various SEPA documents shall be retained as they may be associated with the particular file cases either generally by the City of Spokane or handled as licenses or permits for the City of Spokane in accordance with the pertinent statute of limitations regarding such files. Any of the City of Spokane, Spokane County, Spokane Regional Health District, or Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority may establish a reference file of pertinent SEPA documents to be filed in a single place and made available to the public.
